Happy New Year for 2019! We are now bidding farewell to this year and about to welcome in the next year! No matter how the last twelve months turned out for you, I wish to invite you to bring love into this New Year. To do that, we have to consider whatever we found unlovable this year and then release it and permit it to go. If our energy or focus is stuck before, it is unlikely we can be a conscious co-creator with the universe for our future. We also need to take into consideration that which was one thing we promised ourselves we would do this past year we never quite accomplished? The truth is, sometimes this little thing called inertia sets in and keeps us from fulfilling our dreams and goals. Inertia is very subtle and quite often camouflages itself in indecision, confusion and fear. Take a minute and identify what you might have done differently and make a promise to yourself that this year you will make it happen. Make sure you tell a best friend so that you are responsible for manifesting this goal. Change happens one decision at any given time.
To help you in bringing love into this happy new year 2019, I would like invite you to definitely consider ways to expand your creativity in your own life. When we usually are not being creative our excitement for a lifetime dwindles and days can become routine so we disconnect from love. However, when we add an part of creativity into our way of life by building a project, skill, gift or creation we obtain that to look forward which brain-child brings a sense of purpose, joy and self-love. We are then capable of move from divine discontent to creative contentment. During this process, we also unite with our soul selves through this act of creative self-expression. One cannot stay stuck in self-pity and fear when their energy and concentrate is on creativity. They don’t co-exist.
Think about the gardener who plants a new crop, the author who writes a new poem the cello player who plays a brand new song, they all share the blessing to be a conduit for that Divine. Their personal selves step aside and also this bigger energy of life and creativity comes through. This creativity that inspires them can stir another to become moved to connect with their divine higher self. Examples of this are: The poems of Rumi, the compositions of Mozart, as well as the paintings of Georgia O’Keeffe. For those who have ever walked a labyrinth you are able to experience the grace of the spirit that built it. In comparison, when our everyday life are focused solely on making profits, going to work or routine tasks, we miss an essential element of living a fulfilling life. Creativity nurtures our soul and connects us to our source self.
It is essential that we always continue to grow, learn and evolve. I heard a friend recently say that “When we usually are not growing we are dying” Although this is a really strong statement it implies that growth is life and stagnation is death.
Imagine that one could have a conversation along with your future self from a decade from now. Let’s suppose that his older version of yourself can reveal an essential aspect of your life that you currently are troubled or worried about. What would your future self, recommend to you personally to attain this new more impressive range of creativity, happiness and peace in your life? Perhaps you would quit your job and commence your own business, or design a house or write a novel or even a blog or sing, paint, dance or be a radio show host. The possibilities are endless!
We have to value our creative selves as much as our responsible hardworking selves that want to provide and protect us. Our creativity is actually a God given gift for people to utilize to add vitality and meaning to our own lives. In this New Year please make time to discover your own creative outlet and then do it. You will be happy you did!
Have you been over a year ago already but not sure steps to make sure this coming year is your best yet? I have just one tip for you. Start with gratitude. Gratitude is surely an immensely powerful force that will expand your happiness, joejrc loving relationships, and even get a lean body. Many scientific research, including research by renowned psychologists Robert Emmons and Michael McCullough, have found that folks who consciously concentrate on gratitude experience greater emotional well-being and physical health compared to those who don’t.
Regardless of what happened previously, today is really a fresh new day and you have the ability to completely change the way your life plays outside in 2017. Every year I undertake an annual ritual of reviewing my current year’s ANNUAL GRATITUDE LETTER on New Year’s Eve and reflecting on all I am grateful for. If you want to try this too then begin with reflecting on all the people you are grateful in your lifetime, the experiences as well as the growth and learning you’ve had along with the missteps and mistakes.
